Join us each month for mindfulness meditation at The Ecology Center!
Rebecca Reagan will be leading this outdoor experience for adults. Please arrive by 10am a.m., prepared to begin promptly at 10:15 a.m. Bring a meditation cushion if you have one, a towel or blanket, as well as water (reusable bottles please). Meditation is open to all experience levels. We will be outdoors, but mostly shaded. Proper sun protection is encouraged. RSVP Here.

Donation: The Ecology Center welcomes donations and are grateful for your support and participation. The event is free, but if you’re able to donate to participate, please make a reservation at the contribution level that feels meaningful to you.
