Event One: Tibetan energy healing & wheel of life workshop, la, ca

Please join Tengri Healing and Bunnyhawk for a 5-hour workshop, focused primarily around Tibetan energy healing. During the last hour, we will embark on a guided 'wheel of life' self-reflection and group contemplation activity.

Description of Tibetan "La" Energy by healer Bair Marzarkhanov of Tengri :

“La” (Tibetan བླ།) energy is a vital protective energy that pervades and constitutes our human body. Closely connected with our consciousness, it gives strength,་vigor, stability, a bright complexion, clarity, bliss, sensitivity, and satisfaction. This energy circulates in our body according to the lunar cycle. Due to chronic disease, emotional or physical trauma, and aggressive medical treatments, we can lose this energy resulting in various symptoms such as sadness, sleep disorders, decreased immunity, fatigue, or anxiety.

“La” massage is one of the subtle energetic treatments from the Tibetan Medical tradition used to restore lost “la” through the application of oil and gentle touch of specific points, along with the visualization and chanting of potent seed syllables. It can be practiced at home for family members and is suitable for children.

Description of Wheel of Life Self-Reflection by Integrated Life Coach Rebecca Reagan of Bunnyhawk:

The wheel of life offers a compass to self-reflect holistically on the various areas of life, in order to understand how these integrate as a whole. This activity can serve as a way to anchor into our intentions, and align with our greater purposes of being.

This is a five hour workshop in Marina Del Rey of Los Angeles. There will be veggie samosas and tulsi tea available, but please feel free to bring a lunch and water. If you have a yoga mat or small blanket for cushion, please bring, as well. This will be an indoor community workshop, with access to an outdoor private patio.
