Q: Where do you live now, and where are you from originally?

A: I’m originally from Eastern Siberia, near Lake Baikal. Buryat-Mongol. I came to the United States in 2008. I now live in Topanga, CA.

Q: How did Tengri Healing come about?

A: Tengri means sky, the five elements, emptiness, or universal energy.

Q: Can you please share more about your energetic journey?

A: My journey has involved studying Sowa Rigpa, the science of healing or science of happiness. This is based on five elements, three humors. It is about understanding your nature, knowing your nature, and of course, the nature. The study of this helps us to understand others, too, and heal them. I am spreading the knowledge of ancient healing.

Q: Can you please describe your morning routine?

A: Mine involves meditation with appreciation of the nature, life, empowering yourself. Then, some Land work.

Q: Any favorite teachers or inspirational guides?

A: Dr. Nida Chenangtsan, and the Dalai Lama… “Be kind”…. “Happiness is our true nature.”

Q: What are your favorite ways to tap into your higher vibrations?

A: Relax…

Q: Any advice for other healers and creative empaths out there who are looking to formalize an outlet but are feeling stuck?

A: Understand yourself first, love yourself, cultivate… and you can share with others.
